We are delighted to announce THE MITTE as the new home of the Brownsville Chamber Orchestra! Join us for an exciting season of live orchestral music and experience the beauty, joy, and power of classical music right here in our community.
We are deeply grateful to the Mitte Cultural District for becoming a valued season partner and helping us bring this cultural experience to Brownsville.
The Brownsville Chamber Orchestra is a community initiative led by Revival of Cultural Arts (ROCA) in partnership with Dr. Norman Gamboa, whose dedication to establishing and nurturing orchestras in communities across the country continues to inspire this initiative.
Working alongside the ROCA team, José Alejandro Cruz Ramírez and Joaquín Ruiz are helping expand the classical music experience in our community. This season, we are especially proud to feature the Brownsville Binational Youth Chamber Orchestra, giving young musicians from our region the opportunity to perform and grow alongside experienced musicians.
🎻 Investing in young musicians today helps build the cultural legacy of tomorrow.
With the generous support of our partners, sponsors, and benefactors, we are proud to make this beautiful musical experience FREE and accessible to our entire community.
Come celebrate music, culture, youth, and community with us at THE MITTE!
